Policy Statement

Privacy Policy:          Sam Pro Driving Academy Inc. is committed to protect your personal information. We promise to limit the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information to the extent required to conduct business.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours Notice is required to cancel the lesson otherwise, a cancellation fee of $20 will be assessed. Same day or last-minute cancellation will cost full lesson fee or you will lose the lesson.

Refund Policy:      Authorized refunds will be payable in same format within 10 days of approval. Amount of refund is limited to the balance of unused prepaid training.

Payment Policy:   Fee is payable in advance. Student can pay by E-transfer or Cash at the start of lesson.

Class 5/7 Lesson:     Single Lesson – Students has a choice to select duration and different packages.

Class 4 Restricted is of 120 min total. This includes 20 min of Pre-Trip and 5-10 min of debrief. 90 min is Minimum practice time. Price is $120 + Tax.

Road Test Policy:   Student can book Road test Package but have to confirm availability before booking. ICBC fee is not included in driving school packages.

            Confirmed Date:   Pickup & drop off, 60 min warm-up lesson & ICBC road test. Fee is $150 + Tax only for Abbotsford. Fee will be different for other locations. Fee is in advance.

            Standby Road Test: Pickup & drop off, 60 min warm-up lesson & ICBC road test Fee is $175 only for Abbotsford. Fee is for minimum 3 hours. All additional time is $50/hour. Fee will be different for other locations. Fee is in advance.

Training Format: Format of training is one-on-one basis; however, one other person may be in vehicle for observation purpose.  Maximum 3 Persons in Car.

Dash Cam Policy– Our vehicles are equipped with a dash cam for safety and training purposes. Please note that the dash cam is active only during in-car training sessions and is turned off during official road tests (as required by ICBC). All recordings are used strictly for instructional review, quality assurance, and safety monitoring. Footage is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel. Recordings are not shared with third parties unless required by law.

By participating in in-car training sessions, you acknowledge and consent to the use of dash cam recordings as described above.
